Junction at Galatyn Park

Over the past year, I've lost two important packages, which has been quite frustrating for me. I understand this may be related to the delivery companies, but I strongly urge the management company to consider adding parcel lockers or improving the package delivery service. This would help reduce the issue of lost packages and enhance resident satisfaction. I've been living here for over a year, and overall, I'm satisfied with this place. The community environment is great, and the apartments are comfortable. I hope the management company will seriously consider this suggestion！

My wife and I have lived here since moved to TX. We expected here is our home for a very long time. I remembered Karlee was the leasing lady super nice, but she has long gone (one month we moved in). Sam has always tried to help... One thing I really dislike about the management is "Delegating Responsibilities to Other Parties?" All I wanted to ask is: do you manage this building or not? Bad employees' attitudes are the main adverse part of the negativities of this place. All they say: it's not our responsibility... regardless of what happened. Our packages have been lost constantly, some from saks fifth and some from Amazon. Yes, I followed the "rule" to contact the Luxor company to try to get video footage from third party. guess what: the surveillance camera is not working with "technical issues". Now I want to ask whose responsibility? Nice place, safe location, get to everywhere easily but definitely needs a big improvement of management for any aspects. This is the customer service business, as resident: we pay on time and follow the rules. When we face some issues, we want to hear is "sorry about that" firstly then your story instead: not our responsibilities its USPS, UPS, Fedex ... Let me ask you: who hired those third-party companies??? Is you!!
